Academic- Masters Degree in Legislative Drafting 
Qualification
Students must hold an LL.B (Honours) Degree of Second class lower division and NYSC discharge or exemption certificate as well as a certificate of the call to the Bar.

General Requirements
The Institute does not provide accommodation facilities for students. There are Guest Houses both within and outside the University of Lagos Campus which the students can take advantage of, at their own cost. Student are also expected to bear the cost of recommended text-books, transportation and personal upkeep. The Institute Library service is however free. 
Students are also allowed additional Six months period for the submission of duly completed research projects
